We understand that sometimes life happens. If you anticipate that you will be late, please contact The Bow Room at Hello Kitty Grand Cafe as soon as you can to let us know of your late arrival. We will do our best to seat all guests upon arrival. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will contact you to re-confirm your arrival and if you do not answer, the reservation will be automatically forfeited.
